Dawn Kamara, is known for advancing effective communication and leadership skills in the legal profession while supporting everyday people through legal navigation. As the ParaLeader Influencer, she mentors paralegals and legal professionals to communicate with clarity, lead with confidence (with or without a title), and strengthen their professional presence. Drawing on years of hands-on experience in complex litigation support, practice management, and team development, Dawn designs high-impact keynotes, trainings, mentorship experiences, and workshops that turn “soft skills” into strategic advantages. Through her Legal Liaison services, she also helps members of the public get organized, understand the general process, prepare for legal consultations, and connect with appropriate legal resources. Dawn is available for mentorship, speaking engagements, custom trainings, CLE workshops, and legal navigation support.
